The Design for Disability Gala and Runway Show was the culmination of a five-month competition with students from the Fashion Institute of Technology to design clothing to transform the fashion experience for women with disabilities.  Held at Sotheby’s in May, the evening challenged perceptions, and created public awareness for the issues facing women with disabilities.
